I tried to Google that and ended up with a gullwing Starion that appeared on some Japanese show called Gorilla Metropolitan Police Squad 8.

Apparently Mitsubishi built a very limited number of gullwing Eclipses and Starions (little over 10 Eclipses and only couple Starions) both appeared in the TV show mentioned by EssExTee.

Yes, top 2 in the second photo. Just found and added some more images.

Any details would be great but I’m most interested to learn if it’s a Mitsubishi product, or a product of a company hired by, or approved by Mitsubishi.
